Covid-19 Sprague Operations Update
In light of the developing situation around COVID-19 we want to assure customers that we have taken steps to continue operations as normal whilst looking after our staff. We are currently working at full capacity and have provided remote access facilities to allow our sales and support teams to be contactable as normal.
Our lead times on order configurations and dispatch remain the same, however we are now starting to experience some international restrictions with regards to shipping as individual governments tighten movements in their countries. Our team of account managers are keeping updated on the latest information and will ensure this is shared with customers if their delivery is affected. We are happy to reserve stock and ship orders once restrictions are lifted, so please contact us if you need assistance with an order.
